What You'll Need

  • 10 oz UNLIMEAT Tuna
  • 1/3 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/4 red onion, chopped 
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped 
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 raddish, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped 
  • leafy salad greens 
  • salt and pepper to taste

UNLIMEAT Tuna Salad

How to Make:

  1. In a mixing bowl, put the thawed UNLIMEAT Tuna.
  2. Add vegan mayonnaise, mustard, onion, and celery.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and mix them with a fork.
  4. Add lemon juice to taste and sprinkle chopped fresh parsley, and sliced raddish.
  5. Serve with leafy salad greens.
